Adriatic Pearl

We had a fantastic cruise on this beautiful ship. We could not complain about anything.  All the crew were very friendly and hard working, serving guests and constantly cleaning all areas.

The cabins were far better than we expected. The food was plenty for everyone and excellent quality. Drink prices on board were very reasonable. The itinerary and information was excellent.

Perfect weather and actually spotted Dolphins on two occasions. Most importantly all the guests of mixed ages and Nationalities were very friendly and on first name terms.

There were quite a lot of tears on departure day. Great memories made forever. A huge thank you and hugs to everyone that made this holiday so very special. We fully recommend this ship for the holiday of a lifetime. We will have to go again as we never did get the tour of below decks engine room ??

I was MORE THAN HAPPY not only with the Cruise but also with all the staff .
Starting with the cruise director Marina, she was more than helpful, she went out of her way to make sure that everyone understood what was happening during the day and that everyone was satisfied with their needs.
The whole crew were friendly, well organised and extremely helpful. Everyone deckhands, barman, cleaning lady, the cooks ( the food was amazing), the captain and specially Marina.
I will strongly recommend to all my friends, if they come to Croatia for a cruise, TRY TO GET ON THE ADRIATIC PEARL AND HOPEFULLY ALL THE SAME STAFF ARE THERE.

Marina, who was directing the whole tour and so much more, was amazing at making wonderful plans for each day. She was very informative & knowledgeable on every island and peninsula that we stopped at. She also kindly spent time with us all.

Zen & Quinne made sure that we were all well looked after, whether it was with a drink or servicing our tables or cleaning after us constantly & always with a smile.

David our Sailer & Captain Luke made sure our trip from one island to the next was safe and smooth sailing.

Mark was always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Our wonderful cooks who cooked delicious meals, with an amazing spread for breakfast & three course meals for lunch. 

Of course let’s not forget, what a wonderful part of the world it is. Swimming in the ocean in beautiful blue, calm water & exploring the history of beautiful Croatia.

I cannot praise the whole Cruise & Crew enough. I had an amazing time spent with them all including the wonderful guests on board.

I highly recommend the Adriatic Pearl with it’s lovely accommodation for a Cruise in Croatia and I must say a smaller cruise like the Adriatic Pearl is definitely a better personalised holiday with all the attention one needs, with no delays.

We loved being “pearls” for the week and the experience overall far exceeded everything we had hoped for. 

A main highlight for us was the incredible crew. Every person was friendly, polite, engaging and happy to accommodate our needs and questions. 

The Adriatic Pearl was immaculately clean and kept clean to an exceptional standard every day - everywhere on ship including daily room servicing.

Thank you especially to Queenie for her attention to detail when cleaning our room and Zenon for his friendly bar service including making me virgin mojitos according to my very specific requests!! 

We were kept so well informed throughout the cruise by Marina and Antonia. We knew what to expect at each destination action and had plenty of detail to discuss itinerary change when the Burra rolled in! 

The swim spots chosen by the crew were outstanding - who knew we would be privileged to swim in such amazing places. We also felt safe at all times knowing the crew were keeping a close eye on everyone in the water without restricting our enjoyment. 

David and Duje were amazing at setting up our swim spots and we felt safe at all times with the way Luka and his crew guided the boat into swim spots and docking bays.

The food was another exceptional experience on board. The quality and variety was excellent and my dietary requirements being vegetarian and gluten free were well accommodated - I never felt left out of any experience.

We really enjoyed the olive oil and wine tasting experience as something different too!!

A special note about the crew as well as they were quick to grasp the needs, likes and dislikes of the guests and we felt that the choice of music and engagement really reflected that. 

We would have liked a little more time at some destinations to engage in some of the activities on offer but al in all we had an amazing experience and everything was beyond our expectations!

This past week exploring Croatia with Katarina Line was truly the trip of a lifetime. Some experiences stay with you forever, and this was one of them. Choosing the Adriatic Pearl was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! When they say it’s not about the boat it’s about the people, I can say I truly understand. What made this journey unforgettable were Antonia, Luka, Juri, and the entire crew.

Their hospitality was on another level. They didn’t take care of us because it was their job, they welcomed us as if we were family. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and their kindness and genuine care made us feel so comfortable. The food was another unforgettable part of the experience. Every meal reflected the local culture and gave us the opportunity to truly experience Croatia through its incredible cuisine. As two women traveling together, safety was something we thought about before the trip, but we honestly felt safer there than we do at home. Antonia is an incredible woman leading such an amazing crew. Watching her create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere was inspiring. One of my favorite memories was watching her dive into the sea to collect fresh sea urchins for us to try. Such a unique experience that perfectly captured the authenticity and generosity of this experience.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Juri. He didn’t do his job out of obligation, he did it with passion and pride. His love for Croatia was contagious. He made sure we always knew where we were, shared the history behind every island, town, and stretch of coastline, and brought every destination to life. Because of him, this didn’t feel like just another vacation, it felt like traveling through history.The swim stops were breathtaking. Every single one seemed more beautiful than the last, with crystal-clear turquoise water that looked almost unreal. The wine, olive oil and oyster tastings were other highlights, giving us the chance to experience incredible local wines, learning about oyster farming alongside Croatian culture and traditions. Every day brought another unforgettable adventure.

I truly can’t imagine this trip being any better than it was. The Adriatic Pearl and its crew will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for creating an experience that didn’t just give me memories, it changed something in my soul.

Leaving Croatia was harder than I expected. I was so sad to say goodbye, but equally excited to come home and tell everyone I know about how incredible not only the country is but its people. It’s a place I’ll be recommending forever. I’m so excited to put together a video to share this incredible journey because everyone deserves to know how special this voyage truly is.

I would like to say how much we enjoyed our recent cruise with Katerina Line . The whole crew were really great, and given we were on a naturist cruise, that made a huge difference.

Starting with the Captains(s) Luca and Antonia - they agreed the itinerary with our Tour Guide Roko to enable us to have as much time in the sun and swimming in the little bays around the islands as possible and then on 5 out of the 7 nights the Adriatic Pearl was the only boat in Port - which was even better. 

The crew Stiphen and Doui were also really helpful and fun to be around, watching them dock the boat etc.

The bar staff - Gretchen and Harold kept us topped up with liquid so that we did not get dehydrated!

The kitchen staff - Dominica and Albert made sure we were well fed, producing some delicious food!

And last but not least Jesse (I think that was her name) the cabin steward, made sure our cabin was kept clean every day,

Roko also needs a mention as he had a delightful sense of humour and managed to impart some knowledge of the history of the islands to us!

I would not hesitate to  recommend Katerina Lines and the Adriatic Pearl in particular to anyone.  The boat a was equipped exactly to our needs, and was a delight to be on.

As a first time solo traveler I was very nervous and apprehensive before this holiday. There was no need for me to be worried. From start to finish, every single crew member went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service. The food was exceptional and the experience was first class. Particular shout out to Ivan and Gretchen, who provided a service with a smile, making me smile every day.

Marijana was a first class tour guide. The WhatsApp group she set up made my life so much easier, with itinerary updates and important information for each day. And so full of local knowledge making the tours even more interesting.

Good. We did not feel rushed. We had time to swim every day and then do something in the afternoon. We also had individual time. It was a good pace for us.This was our first cruise and we enjoyed the small number of guests and size off the vessel. We were well taken care of. Everyone was welcoming and took great care of us. We ate well and too much! Tatiana, our cruise guide, was knowledgeable and gave us great advice and information. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Katerina Lines and the One Way Wonder Tour on the Adriatic Pearl.

Four of us just completed the Katarina Adriatic Pearl cruise from Oct 8-15.

We had Captain Luka and Antonia. Sailor Stipan.  Barmen Duje and Gretchen. Chefs Maggie and Dohenika.  We started in Spit and ended in Dubruvnik. 

On behalf of the Smith's and the Wuests we would like to praise every portion of the time we spent.  The scheduling was the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration.  We were able to see and learn about so many places. The experiences like oyster/mussel farm, wine tasting and tours were very interesting and fun.  It was great to have time to swim in many different places.  

As far as the staff everyone was outstanding.  Each of them made the experience so nice with their smiles and conversations. The food was great and the bar service as well.  They are all professional and fun.  Our guide Tatiana was so knowledgeable and always there to help.  She really went above and beyond for everyone on the cruise.  

Katarina was recommended by a friend. We are so glad we saw Croatia with you and will be recommending Katarina to many others.   Thank you!

The Adriatic Pearl ship is wonderful, and the crew is magnificent. The journey, with its scenery and the towns and cities we stopped at, was incredible, and the excursions were all wonderful.
We were very lucky with the weather, which of course helped everything go smoothly, as did the rest of the passengers.
I really appreciate your advice on taking this cruise. We loved the idea of a small cruise with just a few passengers, and we'll definitely be back.

We have just completed a Katarina Lines Cruise on the Adriatic Pearl .  We had a fabulous experience.  The service of the Tour Guide Tatiana, Captains Antonia & Luka and the Crew - Stipan, Mark (Duje), Gretchen, Domenica  and Maggie was exceptional. The boat was very clean and well maintained and the daily cabin service was perfect.  We loved the food - so delicious, and the enjoyed the salon, sundeck, jacuzzi and swim stops, the tours and excursions.  We would rate the cruise 10/10.

This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. 

Captains Luka and Antonia welcomed us onboard and made us feel safe from day one. 

Their crew was also friendly, helpful and kind. They really looked after us. 

But what made our cruise special was our cruise director Alisa. She always went out of her way to look after us. She was very knowledgeable about each port, ensured we knew important facts about where we were, and how to enjoy ourselves.

We, about 35 guests, cruised the 7-night Wonders Deluxe Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik aboard the Adriatic Pearl with Katerina Line in September 2025, and it was absolutely unforgettable. The ship was in great condition, and we learned it’s completely refurbished. The cabins were spacious and comfortable, and the entire vessel was spotless.

What truly made this cruise exceptional was the crew. From the captain to the waitstaff and chef, even the owner, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Their smiles, humour, and attention to every detail were awesome.

Meals were fresh and delicious — healthy breakfasts, colourful salads and perfectly prepared lunches with dessert every day. Each island stop revealed another side of Croatia’s charm, with local guides who made the country’s rich history come alive.

The Blue Caves were absolutely breathtaking — the glowing shades of blue inside were magical. The Captain’s Dinner with live music and dancing brought all guests together and was super fun and my favorite the oyster tasting in Mali Ston was the perfect finale — fresh from the bay, paired with crisp Croatian wine.

A flawless blend of beauty, history, and heart — the Adriatic Pearl and its crew made this the trip of a lifetime. I would love to take that again for the second time and take my family with me this time.

We had an absolutely wonderful summer vacation aboard the Adriatic Pearl! Our group of 21, including both kids and adults, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The yacht was perfect for our needs — from the comfortable rooms to the delicious meals, the relaxing sun deck, and the thrill of jumping into the crystal-clear Croatian sea.

Captain Luka, Antonia, Stipan, Mark, Harold, Gretchen, and the entire crew were exceptional hosts. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made us feel so welcome every single day. Robert was also a fantastic tour guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and truly helped us appreciate Croatia’s history and culture through the wonderful excursions.

Traveling around the islands by boat was a must and did not disappoint.  One of the highlights was the Captain’s Dinner, which was not only delicious but also such great fun for our whole group.

Thank you to the entire Adriatic Pearl team for giving us such a memorable trip. We left with incredible memories and can’t wait to return!

Very good tour. Very modern, clean and accommodating ship. Great crew. Delicious food every day, also great recommendations for not included meals. Fair prices and food quality of onboard drinks. Great organisation, great presentation of all the islands and what can be done there. Great included and optional activities. Overall nothing much to complain absolut, only the room was fairly cold at times but the aircon couldn’t be turned to heating mode. But the crew gave us extra blankets and duvets so that fixed the problem. We are definitely looking into doing more of your cruises in the future. 100% recommendation.

How can I give enough compliments about the recent cruise we had on the Adriatic Pearl. Everything about it was very well done.

The boat was very clean and ready for us to enjoy. Our cabin was a lower cabin and was large and quiet. The crew was amazing and very responsive and the owner Antonia was caring and thoughtful and went well beyond what was necessary for us all. The cooks and serving staff worked tirelessly and provided us with great food.

Helena from Katerina lines was absolutely unbelievable. She was the glue of the journey and made it an incredible experience for everyone on the boat. She was knowledgeable and available at all times. She made changes as necessary and helped out in every way.

The captains dinner was really outstanding. With live music and decorations, it made it very fun for everyone.

We just completed the Katharine Line ‘Dalmatian Paradise’ 7 day cruise on the Adriatic Pearl Deluxe category ship and I can not recommend this cruise or this ship enough. The cruise includes all the highlights you’d expect visiting Croatia’s Dalmatian Coastline, tours we’re included at each port and yet you were still left with enough of your own time to explore at your leisure or enjoy the local hospitality. The day tours were great, short and sharp leaving you with enough information to continue on your own. The sunset cruise past the walls of Dubrovnik old town was a particular highlight and a must for any visitor, it’s the only way to truly appreciate the design and history of this beautiful fortress town. Aida, our cruise director, was exceptionally knowledgeable providing information about Croatia that only someone who has truly lived there would know. Other highlights included daily swim stops in coves unreachable by foot and access to activities and experiences you would otherwise struggle to source on your own. The Adriatic Pearl ship itself is second to none, it contains all the luxuries you would expect from a deluxe category ship, good size rooms, well equip and spacious bathrooms, a beautiful dining area and great communal spaces for socialising or enjoying the sun … not to mention of course the jacuzzi. Rooms were serviced daily and clean towels were always available if required. The food was also exceptional, the chefs are masters. Ingredients were locally sourced enhancing the Dalmatian experience and providing visitors with a range of local delights. I’m gluten free which I didn’t disclose as I tend to just make whatever is available work. The crew noticed this and by stop two on the trip went out of their way to adapt meals and source gluten free options for me. Absolutely not an expectation but a welcome effort ensuring I didn’t miss out. What sets this trio apart from other cruises I have experienced is the crew. From the first day it felt as if we were entering their home, we were treated as part of the family. Nothing was too hard and the service was beyond expectational. From the hospitality staff to the deck hands, captain and cleaners. All the crew were just beautiful. The ship's owner was also on the cruise, working side by side with her crew. This I have never seen before and it says a lot about the culture of the workplace I believe. I’m very thankful for the experience and the professionalism of both Katharine Lines and more so the Adriatic Pearl ship crew. Thank you! We will be back. 

When I think about this last week's cruise the words care and concern repeatedly come to mind. Consistently, over and over, the attention to detail from crew members' recognizing items passengers may have misplaced and reuniting them with the passengers; the captain selecting ideal swimming locations but somehow ours was the only boat nearby; the meticulous, shiny and spotless condition of the boat (a lot of work goes into this); the smart way time is maximized in the planning. I was just impressed (as were my fellow passengers who would whisper to each other, "isn't this amazing? I did not have these expectations."). We even had a wedding on board yesterday! The crew cleared the deck chairs and styled the railings with lace and florals. For a birthday, a cake and candles were prepared and singing led to laughter. The joy of hospitality and the pride of accomplishing something well truly showed through, and this last week did not feel like a consumerist exchange of clients and staff, but more profound: human to human with advocacy, joy and care and concern. We wanted to let you know: The crew: - professional - friendly, pleasant - cleaned the ship daily - we felt safe in their capable hands - meals were excellent Mira our guide: - We love Mira!! - Informative and helpful - safety was a top priority - organized and knowledgeable Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Hello, We wanted to take the time to let Katarina Lines know how much we enjoyed our cruise from Dubrovnik to Split from the 29 of May to the 5th of June onboard the Adriatic Pearl. It was an overall amazing experience with a truly magnificent cruise coordinator (Mira), who was a font of knowledge and joy to be around. She was on top of everything, whether it was the scheduling of the tours, guiding us through the streets of Dubrovnik, all the way down to making sure we had the little things we needed to make the cruise more comfortable. She made sure that she communicated with all passengers to ensure they knew what was going on and where to be. She was an absolute gem, and if we did another cruise in the area, we would try to make sure we had her again. The captain and crew of the Adriatic Pearl were top-notch and so very kind. They made the voyage a smooth experience and catered to our needs with a smile and always with professionalism. The atmosphere and food were second to none. The ship was immaculate and the quarters were perfect for our needs. This was our first cruise and the experience only made us want more. As far as I am concerned, it was over way too soon and the departure was bitter sweet, having to say goodbye to a group of people that had become friends, not just the other passengers but especially the crew. That is saying something when all you had was a week to get to know them. I am actually homesick to go back and sail with them again. Since this was our first time to take a cruise, it will be hard for any other ship and crew to measure up, as the Adriatic Pearl and her crew have set the bar extremely high.  

JUNE 26- JULY 3RD 2024 Where do I start as a newbie to cruises- SHIP- First impression of the ship- very clean and tidy!! I was surprised at the size of our cabin- it was larger than expected. We weren't given the choice to upgrade by our booking company (in retrospect, I think the upgrade was incorporated into our bill and we were told that we would be either up or down) We ended up below deck and I loved it!! The port holes were super cool and I preferred our cabin with the feel of being in a boat when not on deck . I got some arty pics from the port holes and closing them at night was very satisfying (SO much better than curtains) When open, the light from the water reflection on the roof of our cabin was super soothing and the air conditioning was a fabulous retreat from the heat throughout the day. We set off early some mornings and the start of the engine was a wake-up call (but not abrupt). However, after the engines fired, both my partner and I found it very soothing and fell back asleep to the gentle sound. It was only the desire to get up on deck and enjoy the journey, that meant we ended up setting an alarm. I really appreciated the use of a safe in our cabin as I worry about my valuables when I'm on holiday. Our single beds were super comfy. We both slept very well (I suffered from insomnia prior to our trip. I took meds with me but didnt need to use them) There was also storage under our beds and ample amount of hanging and clothes space. I was very impressed. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was quality re pressure and temperature setting. We tried not to request a towel change, but when we did, we were met with friendly and accommodating staff. Upper deck space was fantastic and use of the hot tub was great and cooling in the heat. The bar prices were initially surprisingly high but when on land, we discovered that they were actually very good on board in comparison. CARERING- I am dangerously allergic to shell fish and I don't eat meat. The chef and stewards were absolutely on the job with explaining what breakfast food had meat or shellfish in. Come lunch and dinner (and we tourists moved around seating a lot).. they were, again, very perceptive to my dietary needs, right down to the sauces. They also placed seperate serving utensils aside when my fellow tourists were using vegetable spoons in the meat dishes. Meal presentation was lovely, ample variety, and the food was so good that my parter and I left the cruise, a few pounds heavier...EEK! Come event nights, the stewards were very entertaining and engaged. The atmosphere was always fun, friendly and welcoming. For my birthday, they baked me a lovely cake and made my day quite special. CREW- such a lovely bunch of people. The first mate and ship owner were happy to oblige when I asked questions. Antonia (the owner) permitted me to a ride in the tender with the first mate, for my birthday. I got to take video and photos of the boat and appreciate it's beauty. Antonia, was such a lovely person.. very fun and friendly. I instantly warmed to her as if we had been friends for years. It was evident that the crew had a very tight camaraderie and worked hard together. The boat was kept clean and tidy and staff were incredibly professional. I wished that we were able to spend some more time with the crew but they were indeed incredibly professional in affording guests their experience, privacy and space. I am neither wealthy or retired- and so the recommended tip was quite shocking for my purse...but by day 8, I sure as heck felt that the crew deserved every penny. On our cruise, we chatted to fellow passengers about larger cruises and the feedback was dim. I am super happy that we went on a small cruise and this one in particular. It was intimate, and very enjoyable. It fits my desired environment of sun, safety, good food, few people, great space and a truly memorable holiday. I'd give these guys 5 stars all day long. A few boats do a similar cruise but I'd go Adriatic Pearl before anything else. Much love to the crew of the Adriatic Pearl.  

I had a fantastic week on this cruise. Cabin 1. Lovely on deck cabin – spotless. Great shower/hair dryer/towels/ everything one would need. Crew were so friendly and helpful always around asking if they could do anything . Mark the bar man – such a well-mannered polite lovely guy. Gretta and Maggie such beautiful girls I could have taken them home with me. Loved these girls. Ivan the sailor – great sense of humour and mixed so well with the guests. Antonia what a hard-working girl, there is nothing she cannot do. Very pleasant and lovely company. Everyone so impressed with her, and she genuinely wanted every guest to be happy and nothing was too much trouble. Captain Luka – LAST BUT NOT LEAST. He and I did not get off to a good start – I’m sure you will guess why ………….. SMOKING. But as the days went on, we did get to understand each other and by the last day we were best friends, Luka is very professional – likes the rules to be followed very conscious on safety – overall a nice lovely guy. Katica it is such a pity the only smoking is down at the big engine doors very uncomfortable for smokers- I missed when Mitch and I could sit in one area on the upstairs with ashtrays. No smoking on sun deck which is a huge open-air space. Anyway, besides smoking everything was fabulous and amazing. 10/10 for Antonia and Luka running a great cruise. I will most definitely recommend Adriatic Pearl and please send me on any availability for the coming weeks and I will do a news shot letter out to all our clients, Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.
