Katarina Line offers one of Croatia's largest and most diverse fleets of small cruise ships, ranging from luxurious boutique-style cruisers to charming traditional wooden vessels. Our modern steel-hulled ships have been built or refurbished to offer high standards of safety and comfort, while our classic wooden vessels are carefully maintained to preserve their authentic Adriatic character. TRADITIONAL

A simple, back-to-basics cruising experience aboard charming wooden vessels that preserve the original spirit of Croatian coastal travel. Accommodation consists of basic bunk-bed cabins with washbasins, while showers and toilets are shared and located on deck. Cabins are not air-conditioned; however, guests can enjoy an air-conditioned salon.

Included Services: Continental breakfasts, lunches and complimentary Wi-Fi.

How many crew members work on a vessel?

The number of crew members varies depending on the vessel's size and category. Traditional vessels and those in the Katarina Heritage Collection typically have 4–5 crew members, including the captain, chef, waiter and sailors.

Larger vessels in the Katarina Adriatic, Voyage, Signature and Crown Collections generally have 7–12 crew members, ensuring attentive service and a comfortable cruising experience.

How do I communicate with the crew?

At least one crew member speaks English. During the welcome speech upon arrival, all crew members will be introduced. Most Katarina Line guaranteed departures also feature a tour manager onboard for additional assistance.

Can I choose a specific vessel?

Requests for specific vessels can be made during reservation. While efforts are made to accommodate preferences, specific vessel assignments cannot always be guaranteed.

Which vessel collections have a hot tub or Jacuzzi?

Vessels in the Katarina Crown Collection (formerly Deluxe Superior) and Katarina Signature Collection (formerly Deluxe) typically feature a hot tub or Jacuzzi on the sun deck, providing guests with an additional space to relax while cruising the Adriatic.
