PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit of € 450 per persons to be paid upon reservation. The outstanding balance is to be paid at the latest 45 days before the departure date for individual bookings (up to 4 cabins) and at the latest 12 weeks before the departure date for small group reservations (5 or more cabins).
SPECIAL NOTES:
· The captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions or to modify the itinerary should unforeseen port conditions arise.
· Due to the limited number of berths in certain ports—especially in Hvar and Vis—there is a possibility that the vessel will instead dock or anchor in alternative ports such as Stari Grad (for Hvar) or Komiža (for Vis).
· All Katarina Line cruise departures are guaranteed; however, Katarina Line reserves the right to cancel a departure if fewer than 20 participants are booked.
· Katarina Line reserves the right to change the vessel if the need arises, including in cases of charter arrangements. Notification will be sent at least 30 days before departure.
· Passengers are obliged to follow the Ship Rules (found in written form on the ship), particularly regarding the bringing of drinks on board. In case of inappropriate behaviour, Katarina Line and/or the Captain reserves the right to request passengers to disembark.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual bookings (up to 4 cabins):
• From the day of confirmation up till 45 days before arrival - non-refundable deposit
• 44-30 days - deposit + 25% of the remaining balance
• 29-22 days - deposit + 50% of the remaining balance
• 21 - 0 days - 100% fee
Small group bookings (5 or more cabins):
From the day of confirmation up till 85 days before departure, advance payment is non-refundable
• 84 – 56 days – deposit +25% of the remaining balance
• 55 – 49 days – deposit +50% of the remaining balance
• 48 – 42 days – deposit +75% of the remaining balance
• 41 – 0 days 100% fee
Name change fee - € 20 per person / Date change fee - € 20 per person - valid only if the change is done up to 45 days before booked departure, otherwise regular cancellation conditions will be applied.
Both can not be combined for a single reservation.
Katarina line highly recommends passengers to take INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION OF RESERVED SERVICES! Katarina line offers insurance packages (Travel Insurance, Accident Insurance, Private Liability Insurance, and Luggage Insurance).
DISCLAIMER: Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, Katarina Line vessels are moored side by side, making it necessary for the passenger to cross from one vessel to another with gaps in between them to get to the shore. In such cases, clients must take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. The cruise is not recommended for clients in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. Katarina Line and the vessel's captain reserve the right to change and modify the route due to weather conditions and conditions in the ports visited. The order of visits may be different than what is published in case ports are overly crowded and to give the customer a better experience overall.
