​ PAYMENT:

• A 25% advance payment per person is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Fees:

• From the day of confirmation up to 45 days before arrival - non-refundable deposit

• 44-30 days - deposit + 25% of the remaining balance

• 29-22 days - deposit + 50% of the remaining balance

• 21 - 0 days - 100% fee

SPECIAL NOTES:

• The published itinerary and day-to-day schedule are subject to change due to weather and port conditions, closures because of public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Every effort will be made to operate the programme as planned; however, changes may still be necessary throughout the cruise. The final schedule will be provided onboard.

• Due to the limited number of berths in certain ports, especially in Hvar and Vis, the vessel may dock or anchor in an alternative nearby port, such as Stari Grad for Hvar or Komiža for Vis.

• All Katarina Line cruise departures are guaranteed. However, Katarina Line reserves the right to cancel a departure if fewer than 20 participants are booked.

• Katarina Line reserves the right to change the assigned vessel if necessary, including in the case of charter arrangements. Guests will be notified at least 30 days before departure whenever possible.

• Passengers are required to follow the Ship Rules, which are available in written form onboard, particularly the rules concerning bringing food and drinks onto the vessel. In the event of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, Katarina Line and/or the captain reserve the right to require the passenger concerned to disembark.

• 21 - 0 days - 100% fee

Name change fee – €20 per person | Date change fee – €20 per person (valid only if the change is requested at least 45 days before departure and only for another departure date within the same season, 2027).

Changes to a different season are not permitted under this condition and will be treated according to regular cancellation terms. These options cannot be combined for a single reservation.

Katarina line highly recommends that passengers take INSURANCE AGAINST CANCELLATION OF RESERVED SERVICES! Katarina line offers insurance packages (Travel Insurance, Accident Insurance, Private Liability Insurance, and Luggage Insurance).

DISCLAIMER:  Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, Katarina Line vessels are moored side by side, making it necessary for the passenger to cross from one vessel to another with gaps in between them to get to the shore. In such cases, clients must take special care when crossing and do so at their own risk. Crew assistance will be provided to guests who need and request it. The cruise is not recommended for clients in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. Katarina Line and the vessel's captain reserve the right to change and modify the route due to weather conditions and conditions in the ports visited. The order of visits may differ from the published itinerary if ports are overcrowded or when a change would improve the overall guest experience.
