Arrival to Zagreb, transfer to the hotel. Continue to Opatija, situated on the picturesque Kvarner Bay, which used to be the favorite spa resort of the Habsburgs and the European aristocracy including famous personalities such as Mahler, Chekhov and Isadora Duncan. Join a guided tour and walk through the Angiolina Park named after the first Villa built for tourism purposes and along the legendary 130-year-old Franz Joseph sea promenade. Dinner and overnight in Opatija.

Today’s journey invites you to explore the heart of the Istrian hinterland. Visit Hum, the smallest town in the world and explore its quaint streets and unique charm. The day is crowned with a truffle hunting demonstration and tasting session. Enjoy dishes featuring this prized local delicacy, paired with Istrian wines. Continue to hotel in Motovun region or Central Istria. Dinner at the hotel or a local restaurant.

Time to get to know the Istrian peninsula with a visit to Rovinj, the most beautiful city in Istria with its unique location on a small peninsula with the St. Euphemia church dominating it. Hear the legend of St. Euphemia, a young Christian girl from Constantinople, which refused to give up Christianity, and was thrown to the lions. After the tour of Rovinj continue to Pula, to visit the Amphitheater, better known as Arena of Pula, once the site of gladiator fights. Built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, at the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Delight in an olive oil tasting experience before visiting the Vodnjan parish church. Dinner in a local tavern with delicious Istrian specialties.

After enjoying breakfast, depart for Trogir. Tasting of local products on route. Upon your arrival, proceed with the check-in for Katarina Line's deluxe cruise. Check-in from 14:00 onwards. Early afternoon transfer to Trogir for guided walking tour. Enjoy time at leisure of this UNESCO-listed town, exploring its medieval streets, the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, and the Kamerlengo Fortress. Return to the ship for a dinner onboard and a welcome meet & greet cocktail reception on board.

Depart early for the island of Brač and the town of Bol, home to Zlatni Rat, Croatia’s most famous beach that changes shape with the wind and waves. Continue to the island of Vis, once a closed Yugoslav naval base that preserved its authentic, untouched charm. Overnight in Vis or Komiža, depending on berth availability. Explore the ancient heritage of Issa, stroll the waterfront, or visit the Roman Thermal Baths and City Museum. In the late afternoon, enjoy a local wine tasting before settling in for the night.

Cruise early to the island of Biševo to visit the Blue Cave, a stunning natural phenomenon (weather permitting, entrance paid on the spot). Continue toward Hvar, stopping for lunch at the Pakleni Islands. Hvar is the sunniest island in the Adriatic, famous for lavender fields and natural beauty. Arrive in the afternoon for a guided tour of key sights, including the Renaissance cathedral and Europe’s oldest community theatre. Enjoy scenic views from the fortress and Hvar’s lively nightlife before an overnight stay in port.

Early morning departure towards the island of Korčula, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls and one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean. The fishbone street pattern was used in Korčula Old Town’s design to provide a natural cooling effect providing citizens with sheltered and comfortable accommodation. Optional excursion to a small village near Korčula for a typical Dalmatian dinner and to find out more about the history and traditional way of living. Overnight in one of the ports of Korčula, depending on availability (main port in the town center/ port of Dominče / ferry port (3 km away).

The next morning, head further south to the Island of Mljet. The legend says Greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to St. Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating back to the 12th Century. Alternatively, rent kayaks, bicycles, scooters or convertible cars to roam around the National Park or island on your own, but beware of the nymphs! Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the island. In the evening, get ready for the Captain’s dinner with live entertainment onboard. Overnight in port Polača or Pomena.

Departure towards the small village of Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen's village and the starting point for Ston, another, once fortified village, famous for its oysters. Swim stop along the route. Upon arrival and after exploring the town’s vast medieval ramparts, head for a nearby Mali Ston to learn about oysters and taste this special delicacy. Transfer back to the vessel. Time at leisure and overnight in Slano.

Early morning departure to Dubrovnik, one of the world's most beautifully preserved medieval cities. Before tied up at the Gruž harbour, enjoy a cruise alongside the old Dubrovnik city walls while lunch is served on deck. After docking, transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical town. Take the cable car from the Old Town to Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the Walls and the Elaphiti Islands. Meander through the narrow streets, exploring the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture or walk on top of the 1940 m long city walls (optional). Overnight in Dubrovnik.

One last breakfast on board followed by goodbyes with the crew and new friends! Check-out by 9.00 am.
