PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • From confirmation up to 30 days before arrival – a non-refundable cancellation fee of €250 per person.
    • 29 - 22 days before departure: €250 cancellation fee + 25% of  the total price.
    • 21 - 15 days before departure: €250 cancellation fee + 50%of  the total price.
    • 14 - 0 days before departure: 100% of the total price (no refund).

SPECIAL NOTES

  • The captain reserves the right to modify the route due to weather conditions.
  • All Katarina Line cruise departures are guaranteed. However, if fewer than 20 participants are booked, Katarina Line reserves the right to cancel the departure or change the ship if necessary.
  • If the ship is changed due to a charter, passengers will be notified at least 45 days before departure.
  • Passengers must follow ship rules, including restrictions on bringing drinks onboard.
  • In case of inappropriate behaviour, Katarina Line and the captain reserve the right to disembark passengers.

CHANGES & INSURANCE

  • Name change fee: €20 per person
  • Date change fee: €20 per person (valid only if changed at least 30 days before departure; otherwise, standard cancellation terms apply). Both changes cannot be applied to the same reservation.
  • Katarina Line strongly recommends travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, accidents, liability, and luggage. More details can be found in our Terms of Service.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The captain and Katarina Line reserve the right to modify the route due to weather or port conditions. If ports are overly crowded, the itinerary may be adjusted for a better customer experience.
  • Due to specific mooring conditions in Croatian ports, ships may be moored side by side. Passengers may need to cross from one vessel to another, sometimes over small gaps, at their own risk. Crew assistance is available upon request.
  • The cruise is not recommended for passengers with wheelchairs or limited mobility due to these boarding conditions.
